The guarantee that the Lord will come through for us, is seen repeatedly in Scripture.
Oh, that we would know how faithful and trustworthy He truly is!
His faithfulness is as sure as the coming of the day.
So press on, hold on, and look for His answer and response.
Prayer: Lord, it is my desire to know You in such a real way that I will have full and total confidence in You and Your faithful love for me. Amen.
Let me remind you that you serve a living Lord.
The living God is your Saviour, and your Good Shepherd.
Because He lives, you can face today, and tomorrow, with confidence.
Because He is alive, you can trust and know that He is able to do miracles.
Prayer: Lord, thank You that I have no reason to feel hopeless or discouraged. You are alive and You are working all things out for my good. Amen.
What we focus on determines our outlook.
If we focus on the negative, we end up becoming negative.
If we focus on the Lord, we will end up standing secure and not being shaken.
Keep your eyes on the Lord, He is right beside you!
Prayer: Lord, I choose to lift up my eyes off of the troubles, worries and issues that surround me, and I choose to look to You. Thank You that I can stand secure on You, my Rock and my strong Tower. Amen.
Our merciful, loving and gracious Father is with us.
No matter what you may be facing, He is with you.
His rod, to protect you, and His staff, to guide you, will not leave you.
Find comfort and strength, and let your heart be reassured, He is here.
Prayer: Lord, You are the One who loves me, You are the One who guides me, and You are the One who protects me. I will rest secure and be comforted by this great fact. Amen.
The Lord is with you, you have nothing to fear.
Throughout the ages, the Lord has walked with those facing trouble!
Did He not shut the lion’s mouths when Daniel was in the lion’s den?
He will do the same for you, regardless of what you are facing – do not fear!
Prayer: Lord, thank You for the reassuring fact that You are with me. There is no trouble, no evil and no difficulty that I cannot overcome with You by my side. I will trust and not be afraid. Amen.
